If you are looking for a perfect located home in the centre of Rio de Janeiro with a hide-away feeling, this is the right place for you. Our home is newly refurbished, spacious and comfortable. It has a small pool, perfect for a refreshing moment and kids to play. Our centenarian house has wooden floor, wide doors and windows, amazing views and its strategically located in the heart of the Santa Teresa, in a private and quite street but walking distance to restaurants and public transportation. You enter our property by a long corridor that brings you to the building. Just if front of the main door you will find our half basketball court. The access to the house is done by the first floor, entering a small hall. In this floor you'll find the bedrooms. The first one in your right faces the basketball square and has a queen bed, a single bed and air conditioning. The second one faces the amazing view and has also a queen bed and a fan. Those two bedrooms share a bathroom that you find on your way to the main suite, where there is a wide bathroom and a bedroom with a king bed and air conditioning. Its window face the city view, the garden and swimming pool. Going back to the main entrance you should go down the wooden stairs so as to reach the “social area” of the house, in the ground floor. The 70 m2 living room with 5 huge wooden doors to the external area is the first space you will find. Then you choose: either go to the patio, to the veranda where you have the dinning table or to the kitchen via a hall with the social bathroom. The city view is already there, enjoy it! The Guanabara bay, the Rio-Niteroi bridge, Petropolis and Teresopolis mountains, the top of the sugar loaf, among many other interesting places you will discover during your stay. Don't worry: in case of a windy or rainy day you can close the veranda with an iron and glass doors so to make it cosy.
