I really enjoyed my stay a Bananas hospedaje. It's the perfect place if youre looking for a little tranquility. It's my favorite place in 9 months of traveling. Efraim and Guadalupe are very friendly and welcoming. Efraim is super helpful and knowledgeable about Ometepe. He was able to arrainge taxis, tours and pretty much whatever you need. They both go out of their way to help with whatever you need. The room was really comfortable and clean. The food is really good and at a really good price. Bananas is a really fun place to stay. In the evenings a flock of Magpies hop around the banana trees and right before dark hundreds of fireflies make the jungle sparkle. It's a five minute walk to the lake for swimming. I highly recommend checking it out for yourself. I hope to stay there again one day.

Everything was great! Efraim was the best host ever! We have everything in this place! Best kitchen with vege options, great tours (volcano climbing - we will remeber for all life !!!!) we rent scooter, motor and his familie and he - the best!!! Place very clean!!! Fazy wifi and kitchen plus hammocks We love Ometepe... its magic place People and animals and views !!! Efraims we love You

Lovely place! Clean rooms. Efraim was very helpful and he has a lot of community connections. We had a great time with him and all the nice people from the village. Highly recommend this house.
