Ok location but house needs major maintenance, closed a door and part of it fell off. Downstairs smelt damp and stuffy. Not worth the price

The house is old and needs lots of tender loving care. Quite location. Close to beach. Just not worth the money you are paying

Lovely stay, only a couple of mins walk to the beach. Aircons in the every room of the house which was lovely. Amenities were good, peaceful and relaxing place to stay. I pour stay again, and have recommended to family and friends. Littler personal touched throughout the home which made it feel very welcoming. Clean in arrival and additional linen if needed. Big lounge and dining space perfect for family games night!

This was a great place for our week away. We came up with 3 cars and 3 boats to fish for the week and the yard accommodated them perfectly. The neighbours are awesome and very welcoming/friendly. A very quiet area with very handy beach access if that is your thing but still only 5 mins drive to the hub of Yeppoon. Limited pots and pans for cooking so take your own if you intend doing a lot of your own cooking.
