We were there for the eclipse and the eclipse was terrific. The owner's relatives were staying in the garage unit and were delightful people. The house was comfortable and all neccessary appliances were in working order. The setting is very nice, west facing on Lake Champlain. Thankfully, the owner's family staying in the garage allowed us to access their storage as there we immediately discovered no toilet paper in reserve and no paper towels. The little things that make a great AirBnB were not present, such as soap in the showers. The building in general could use some TLC. But it's a perfectly good option and we had a very nice time. I believe the pricing for our stay reflected the presumption of high demand during the eclipse, as it was priced above what I would otherwise pay for that experience.

The house was very nice and clean. We had a great time this weekend and the house was very cozy. Check in was very easy and flexible. It’s a very easy drive to Burlington too.

Amazing place and peaceful location. We stayed here over New Years to celebrate with friends. This place was easily able to accommodate our group and the host was responsive. Thanks!
