We had high expectations for 4 Home Team's house based on the location and beautiful photos. We stayed for 3 nights. Someone assisted us to our house, easy check in. The house was superficially cleaned, if at all, with a lighter left on the counter, hair left all over the second bathroom, makeup on the towel, and the dishes greasy with food left on. The house also advertised double beds when in actuality it's 2 twin beds put together so we were in the crack and uncomfortable. We contacted the concierge directly and they didn't seem surprised and said they would send cleaning service and saying we got the stay for cheaper since it was off-season which does not justify a dirty house AT ALL ($450/night isn't "cheap"). We were out and about with things we had previously planned and they sent housekeeping to the home without our consent while our stuff was out. Another review mentioned ants, there were ants present especially in the second bathroom.
