Great views of Positano as the home was high on the mountain. Great hosts, very helpful and responsive. The challenge of being high up was that it was practically impossible to go anywhere with the hundreds of steep steps! We would manage to get down to the beach but could not practically walk back up! Taxis cost between 35 to 40 Euros one way to go anywhere. The buses were overcrowded. Overall, it was a good experience.

The location is great. BUT One of the bathrooms had a shower that was leaking. It would spray water everywhere - INCLUDING outside the shower. It was unusable. I asked them to fix it but they kept insisting that the shower was working. Yes it was “working” but it was wasn’t usable because it was spraying water outside. We paid a lot of money for a two bathroom house and essentially we got a one bathroom house.

The place is very private and has a outstanding view. The location is close to bus stops and there are two grocery shops near by. Valerio, who helped us, is part of a superb experience for us. Highly responsive, professional and friendly. Coming to Positano at AirBnb can be a daunting task. Having him guiding us was a enormous help figuring out the city and what to do. i thought I had a personal concierge. I would highly recommend him and his places if you were to stay in AirBnb. You have to understand that there can be steps to deal with in check in and check out. HomeTeam provided porters to smooth things out. Going down to downtown Positano takes about 20 mins but I personally recommend it because it has a nice view and there are restaurant stops as you go down so you can take coffee and meals and head down. Coming up i suggest taking a bus or mix the road then it will be pretty easy walk up. But do not take only stairs unless you need a challenge.

Valerio and Fabrizio were fantastic hosts! We enjoyed our stay very much and Positano was beautiful.
