Clean Comfortable and great Location. Food at the beach front restaurant was good! Would def stay again

The condo was a good size and had a beautiful kitchen view. Some of the staff, especially the gate security, were extremely helpful. Air conditioning was broken when we arrived. House keeping was non existent. After three days without any house keeping I requested service and was told they would come but never did. After five days we were given fresh towels and the overflowing trash was removed. The water shut off every day of our stay for hours at a time. No hot water for the entire stay. The toilet needed maintenance because it would not flush. The bathroom smelled like sewage. The beach is paradise aside from the constant attention from hustling locals selling anything they can. We were aggressively targeted by hustlers every time we left the property. Security at the condos was effective. We spent most of our trip away from the condo and will not be back.

Our stay was amazing! Beautiful, well-kept property with everything you need inside or a sort walk away. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and dedicating to making our stay the best it could be. The food from the on-site restaurant was great and there were many other amazing food joints near. All-around it was well worth the price. We will be back!

This is an upper level unit at Beach House Condos. The unit is a pretty large one bedroom condo with a good sized bathroom and large shower. We have spent a lot of time in Negril but this was our first stay at Beach House Condos and we loved it. The place is well maintained, the staff are really nice and friendly, and the restaurant onsite is really convenient especially when sand gravity sets in and you decide you are too tired to go out to dinner. The unit is well stocked including the kitchen, especially by Jamaica AirBNB standards. The terrace is huge and we wished there were some lounge-type chairs to spend more time there but enjoyed our breakfast at the table/chairs outside. The beach area is great, but a little small so getting shade was challenging some days. We like a firm mattress, but the bed is this unit is extremely hard so be aware if you have strong mattress preferences. We look forward to going back in the future!
