Horses Welcome! Experience tiny home living in this adorable desert getaway. Separate from main house w/plenty of parking to accommodate large rigs. Queen size bed. Kitchen complete w/everything needed for cooking. 2 outside patios. BBQ, fire pit & chairs. Located 10 miles from Wickenburg. Hooves & Horns & Dillions Western Trails arenas are 3 miles. 22 x 22 covered horse pens available at an additional charge of $10.00 per night per pen. 5 pens, turnout, 60x60 arena. No cattle. No dogs or cats. Private desert getaway- enjoy the beautiful Arizona Sunrise while sipping coffee on the front porch and the amazing breath taking sunsets on the back patio. Mountain views , hiking, ATV, side by sides, golf, raceways, spring training, rodeos, concerts, bikers, barrel racing and roping arenas galore! No Smoking/vaping/marijuana use allowed inside the bunkhouse. Property is NOT marijuana friendly. Dog and cats are not allowed. Horses are allowed. Owner does have 2 dogs that live on property. One very large dog, 117 pounds and one very small dog that weigh 10 pounds. All very well behaved and very friendly. Kitchen: Outdoor BBQ and BBQ tools, outdoor storage box, apartment size refrigerator that has a separate freezer. Instapot, Air Fryer, Crockpot, Electric Skillet, Coffee Pot, Toaster Oven, Microwave, Smoothie Maker, Toaster, One burner cooktop. Kitchen does not have a sink, however their is a basket on the front porch for dirty dishes to be placed in and owner will collect 2/3 times a day, wash and return. Plates, cups, utensils, mixing bowls, tupperware, spices and paper supplies are provided. Bathroom: Full size shower, toilet and vanity with sink TV: Yes with Youtube TV, Netflixs and The Cowboy Channel. WIFI. Sleeping: One queen size bed. Horse property: Covered horse pens are available at an extra charge of $10.00 per night, per pen. Self clean. Horse pens are paid at the time of arrival to host. NO EXCEPTIONS. Horse owners are responsible for their own feed and cleaning their pens. Manure dumpster located on property. 4-Horse pens are 22x22. 1 pen is 12x44. Separate turnout with separate access to 60x60 small arena. No cattle. Turnout can be used as additional pens. Pens are set up for no shenanigans between guest horses and owners horses. Separate covered hay storage for Bunkhouse guests. Pallets available for hay. All pens have water tanks, raised barrel feeders and a stall mat under the feeder. Guest can provide their own shavings or bedding for their horses. Tractor Supply is located in Wickenburg, 10 miles away. Owner does have two horses and one donkey.
