Great place, large, new and clean. There's even a kind of balcony, and tips how to get a permit for living in Japan (The answer: buy an appartment for airbnb.) The area is a simple residential area, walk to station (Nankai) and supermarket about 5 minutes. It's not a area with lots of restaurants and shops. Very good place for longer stays. JR stations are only accessible by using Metro or Nankai first. Nankai is cheaper anyway.

Overall, it was quite nice. The apartement looked like the pictures, all amenities were provided and the host always replied quickly to my questions. I do have two main points of critisism though. First of all, you can open the entrance door via smart lock. The lock however, has a touchscreen like a smartphone would have. One day, we came home rather late at night and it had been raining heavily. When we wanted to put in the pincode, the lock kept pressing the wrong number because the water on it made the lock malfunction. It took us at least seven tries to get in. Secondly, when we wanted to use the washing machine, we got an error message: The machines exhaust filters were clogged. Because it was already rather late in the evening we just cleaned the filters ourselves. But judging by the amount of dust and grime, it seemed like they hadn't been cleaned in quite a while. Otherwise, the apartement was clean and cozy. The tatami floor is nice too. Sometimes the WiFi was a bit slow.

I stayed 6 months and it was a great place to be. Its exactly as in the pictures. Super clean with all the amenities for living. Very private and ideal for couple. Plenty of storage. My favourite is heated toilet seat and floors. Specially during winter its feels awesome. Lol. Whats more netflix and youtube premium included in the TV! Hana team is quick, friendly and ready to help anytime. Area may be not fancy as Tokyo but people in the neighbourhood seems friendly and kind. Tons of restaurants including McDonald's, KFC and Domino's. All walking distance. There are so many japanese food options too. There are two subway stations and take about 30 mins to Osaka . I personally prefer Namba area which also got heaps of shopping and restaurants. Dont forget to do the namba walk! Also, make sure to visit wakayama station master cat 😅. I'll definitely recommend this place and hopefully one day ill visit again. Thanks guys!
