This is a great house for a monthly stay. Perfect for working from home with a standing desk and fast stable internet. Kitchen appliances are all new, the flooring is great, the two bedrooms are large size and the location is nice with walking distance to a large grocery story and a bit longer walk to Target. Also convenient location to go to all of Hollywood, Griffith park, Burbank and Glendale. Great and easy off street parking. But the best part is the host Kyle. Great communication, solved any issues quickly and gave us great flexibility with check in and check out. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful back guest house to call home for a few months! Safe, clean, decorated nicely, and has a dedicated parking spot! You also can't beat the phenomenal location, which is very walkable and near East Hollywood & Los Feliz! Kyle is great and was very responsive to any issues we had! Would definitely recommend staying here for an extended trip!
