We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and the accommodation felt incredibly welcoming and cozy. There were just a couple of minor issues such as some rust stains on the patio and a back door that didn't open. Also, it was a little noisier from the traffic than expected, which meant we didn't spend much time on the back deck. While the place didn't exactly match the photos, our overall experience was delightful.

Overall the place was fine, but the communication at the end really soured our visit. We agreed to switch units for a 4 pm late checkout, but the management called at 2 pm on Sunday demanding that we pay an extra night’s cost despite our earlier written agreement to 4. The management refused to acknowledge our written messages regarding 4 pm and was super rude and disrespectful on the phone. While she eventually saw or remembered that we did agree on 4, the whole anger and rudeness and threatening to charge extra after we’d been agreeable to switch to a different unit for their benefit really left a sour taste in our mouth. Other little things included some trash on the balcony from a prior stay. Otherwise it was a good experience - it’s close to drive to south beach, walk to Wynwood, etc. and the pictures look the same as it was in real life.
