I have lived in Longview since 2017 and have enjoyed helping my partner and co-host Tiffany with her own AirBnB. Using the experience we have gained from Tiffany’s business we have set this house up along similar lines. We want to make sure you have a pleasant stay during your time in Longview and have tried to make our place a home away from home. Room 1 is on the 1st floor, rooms 2, 3 & 4 are on the 2nd floor. Rooms 1, 2 & 3 each have an allocated parking space in a covered garage (we will provide you with a garage door opener to use during your stay). Room 4 does not have a garage parking space but has off street parking on the circular driveway at the front of the house. If you have a very large vehicle or RV (or have more than one vehicle) there is an area at the side of the house that you would be welcome to use for parking (this area is not undercover). There is also plenty of room at the side of the house if you are towing a trailer, boat…etc. Downstairs (adjacent to the kitchen) is an area where we have refrigerators (1 for each room) and food storage. Kitchen (shared) is modern and spacious. Also downstairs is a large living area (shared) which you are welcome to use to relax in. Off the living room area is a bar/den area with refrigerator which we call ‘The Captains Cabin’. We have stocked this with complimentary wine/beer/cocktails and coffee/tea/snacks. Please help yourself during your stay. There is a laundry room with large washer and dryer (shared). I provide laundry detergent and fabric softener (please help yourself). At the rear of the property (exit through doors from living room or bar) is an outdoor area to relax in with outdoor furniture, tables, umbrellas and gas propane bbq grill. There is also a swimming pool which you are welcome to use (the pool is not heated). For safety reasons if you choose to use the pool please make sure that you are not alone. We have high speed WiFi throughout (Sparklight Fiber Optic - Up to 1Gbps download & upload speed). Access to the house is via door from garage. There is also a coded lock on the front door and side door for access. Each room has it’s own keyed lock for privacy and security. Every room has a private en-suite bathroom and is equipped with a smart TV. Rooms 1, 2 & 3 have a 75” TV, room 4 a 65” TV. We have DirecTV including HBO. House is professionally cleaned throughout every 2 weeks. Just let us know ahead of time if you would like your room cleaned, sheets changed..etc and we will make sure it’s taken care of (there is no additional charge for this). We offer weekly/monthly discounts but if you are interested in a longer term stay (2+months) please reach out to me and I can send you an additional discount offer through AirBnB. Nearby: 3.4 miles to Longview Regional hospital, 3.7 miles to Good Shepherd hospital, 7.6 miles to Letourneau University. We respond quickly to any enquiries or requests and are always happy to provide advice if needed. No smoking inside the house but smoking is OK in any of the outdoor areas. Pets are not allowed. Service animals are allowed as long as the ada.gov guidelines for service animals are followed. The key points of this are as follows: (1) Only dogs qualify as service animals. (2) While on the property the animal must be accompanied by the owner at all times and on a leash if outside of the bedroom. (3) The animal cannot be left alone at any time during the stay. (4) Animal must be house trained and be non disruptive to other guests. **There is canine boarding service 10 minutes from my house. It's called 'Gindy's Pet Resort' and is part of Kimbrough Animal Hospital.
