Beautiful air bnb! My little children really loved it especially with the Disney theme. The apartment was spotless. Very clean and tidy. The host (Emily ) replied quickly and is really kind. The best apartment I have stayed in whilst using air bnb! Thanks

This is a nice apartment located walking distance to many of the Birmingham attractions. We were really disappointed to be charged a cleaning fee for our daughter getting sick. We cleaned up as we would in our own home and offered to launder the items and were told not to. We’ve been hosting on Airbnb for 12 years and using Airbnb as guests for 15 and have never charged nor been charged for something that was beyond our control and that we informed the host of in good time to allow them to handle the situation. For us this isn’t in the spirit of Airbnb and particularly not for a professional host with multiple properties presumably making a significant income through the platform.

This is a fantastic location, very near to the gay scene and china town. Highly recommended. The apartment was very comfortable and quiet. Wonderful amenities.
