The 100 square meter apartment located on the 2nd floor of a building without elevator, has 3 bedrooms, a living room, a dining room, a complete bathroom, a toilet, an equipped kitchen and all rooms have windows. One of the rooms has a small balcony. Important Information: - This apartment is located in a very sensitive building where the rules must be followed at all times and the neighbors respected. - No loud noises or music during the day and silence at night (starting 10pm). - Parties, smoking and music speakers are strictly forbidden. - Air conditioning or central heating not provided (portable heaters and fans provided) - Due to its central location in the touristic area, you should expect some outside noise. Check-in & Check-out: Check-in: starting at 16:00 Check-out: until 11:00 - Please ensure you provide the expected check-in time a few days in advance. - Upon making your reservation you will be provided a check-in number, which you will need to contact 30min in advance so our colleague can meet you at the entrance of your apartment. - Flexible early luggage drop starting 11:15 (should be requested in advance and is subject to availability) - On the day of your check-out, just leave the keys on top of the living room table and close the door (loss of keys will result in a 75€ fine) - Failure to leave the apartment before 11:00 will result in fines. It’s not possible to store luggage after check-out. Luggage pick-up service available (contact for more info) Late Check-in Fee: Late check-in fee of 30€ for all arrivals after 20:00 paid in cash at the check-in. This amount works as a compensation for the check-in person who has to stay working after hours to welcome you at the apartment. Extra Guests: It’s not allowed to have more guests than the ones selected on your reservation. If there are more guests, an extra guest fee might be applied (25€ per person per night)- contact us for authorization and confirmation of the extra guest fee amount.
