Ficamos muito felizes em encontrar a acomodação do Bernd. Tudo estava perfeito, muito melhor do que o anunciado. Os equipamentos de cozinha do apartamento são um destaque, assim como a mesa e cadeira de escritório, para quem precisa trabalhar, que era extremamente confortável. O apartamento de Bernd foi pensado para além de receber hospedes, me parece que cada detalhe foi pensado para se viver lá. Dois mercados de frente do condomínio, que facilita as compras do dia a dia. O acesso a praia também é muito fácil e próximo. Mas para mim, o melhor de tudo foi realmente o anfitrião, já tive muitos anfitriões bons, mas o Bernd superou a todos eles, com sua educação, proatividade, prestatividade e tempo de resposta. Muito obrigada Bernd por ter preparado o seu espaço com tanto cuidado e pensando em cada detalhe para nos receber.

My husband and I stayed for 3 weeks and were very pleased. Bernd is a wonderful host and person. He was in touch literally all the time if needed. Internet was also very important for us to work with and Bernd kindly increased the speed. the apartment has everything for a comfortable stay. a lot of dishes, a washing machine, even a speaker JBL that you can take with you to the beach. Thank you, Bernd! and I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone

Gemütlich eingerichtet. Alles zum alltäglichen Leben vorhanden. Wohnung sehr ruhig besonders in der Nacht. Bernd berechnet den Mietpreis fair und pauschal. Lästige Abrechnungen entfallen somit. Bernd war immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank für entspannte 30 Tage in deinem Apartment.

Our stay in this condo was wonderful. It is well-equipped, you’ll have everything you need, there are plenty of dishes and kitchen appliances. Also there is a quite good gym and a pool. Tops and 7eleven are within walking distance. And it takes 10 min to get to the beach on foot. Bernd is kind and friendly , he helped us a lot.

The place is very conveniently located close to nice restaurants and some good supermarkets. Swimming pool is good. It has a gym with free weights and a few good running machines. The swimming pool is very nice.
