Carla was so friendly and informative. She got back to us quickly when we were booking and with any questions we had along the way. We had excellent customer service with her and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a customer focused condo manager! Looking forward to working with her again!

Very nice condo in a good location. Hard to find as the resort is massive. Owner told us it was called Pelican Pointe, but it really is called Shores of Panama. And, it’s not well signed at that.

Everything was PERFECT about this condo! It was just as pictured. The views are stunning. It’s in a great location and I loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. It was very spacious for us and felt like home…. The only complaint I have is that parking is quite an inconvenience. We had to park on the 8th floor of a parking garage and it look like 10 minutes just to get out of the parking garage. It was also a very long walk from the parking garage to our room (and a little confusing). But other than that, everything was fabulous.

Enjoyed the stay , we only had 3 rolls of toilet paper and few towels and I mentioned to Carla and she had more up to us in a great response time . Great Host and we enjoyed our stay, I’d recommended having 4 trash bags per stay is all I’d suggest above what we requested . Awesome time and Great place and view was amazing! Thanks Carla
