Great little place to stay!

The house was a nice space and in a great location for us. We were visiting family and going downtown and we found the location to be very convenient for both. The house and yard is quite decent. There are some things we older construction places, like the low doorway into the bedroom that I bumped my head on a few times before remembering to duck, but I realize those tend to come with the age of the neighborhood. Our main complaint was that the loft stunk of pet urine. Our 2 1/2yr old thought the loft was cool before announcing 'stinky'. The smell mostly stayed confined to the loft, but occasionally we caught the smell wafting into the living room. To sum it us, kitchen was very nice; living room and dining area were very functional for our family of 4. Having a washer and dryer on site was appreciated. Location was great. Communication was good and check in and out was easy. If the owners can get the smell taken care of, I'd be happy to stay there again.

The Cheerful 2 Bedroom home, Heart of CDA is an adorable place to stay. We loved the treats left for us as we arrived late in the evening and the snacks hit the spot. Everything was fresh and clean. We appreciate the extra touches like blankets and towels including a lint brush! Check - in and check out instrction were easy to fllow. Host Coral was very attentive in checking in on us to make sure we had all we needed. Went the extra mile. Highly recommend! We enjoyed our time at The Cheerful 2 Bedroom home
