This cottage is in such a beautiful spot, right on the lake. Its about a 5k drive down a maintained dirt road, but definitely worth it. We had rainy weather, but on sunny days, there's plenty to do: outdoor games, kayaking, bonfire, swimming, barbequing, etc. The neighbor is quite close on one side, but we didn't see them much. The lockbox code wasn't delivered until exactly check-in time, so do not expect it sooner. The cottage inside looked like the pictures. Plenty of room for up to 8 people. There was a water cooler with bottled water to drink. All the appliances you would need, including washer/dryer. There were plenty of dishes. You may want to bring cooking oil and pepper if you plan to cook. Also, there were no faceloths or small towels. All the surfaces we would touch were clean. The couches were stained, so they had blankets covering them. For the cost, we thought the windows, light fixtures/fans, kitchen drawers would be cleaner.

This place is right on a beautiful peaceful lake and it was a very quiet area. The beach was clean and very nice. We enjoyed our stay. Some things to note: The road to the cabin is about 5 km down a poorly maintained gravel road. The cabin was relatively clean but bedding and towels were old and stained so they looked dirty. That was definitely a turn-off. The appliances were clean and the kitchen has everything you need for cooking basic meals. There were plenty of dishes and cutlery so that was awesome.

The host was very responsive and extremely easy to deal with. The location was great, directly on the lake with a private beach and great water views. The host offered a lot of water toys to maximize the use of the water. The neighbours were also quiet and pleasant. The only downside was that several of the appliances, while functional, require repair. Overall, it was a positive experience.

We felt right at home during our stay. Hosts communicated well and answered all of our questions. Water activities, games, and fire pit were great for a variety of activities. Cottage and rooms are more spacious than they appear in pictures. We would definitely stay again!
