Would definitely book again! We pulled out of Zion National Park late, and were looking for a hotel or airbnb in Cedar City about 2 hours before arrival and it was great to find a last minute Airbnb. The house was clean and there were many thoughtful touches to the home including coffee, hot chocolate, bottled water, snacks, and even cereal and milk! Individually pre-packed shampoo/conditioner and hand/body soap, as well as razors and tooth brushes, just in case. The house does show normal wear and tear (scrapes and dings and such), but that wasn’t an issue for us and doesn’t affect t anything besides general appearance. Areas of improvement would be a larger hot water heater (we ran out of hot water with 3 ppl showering back to back - total of 50 minutes) and adding a lamp in the bedroom with the full-size bed (I didn’t take note of the other rooms). Regardless, we are saving this rental on our Zion list for our next trip and will happily re-book if it’s available!

In town for my son’s graduation with family. We arrived late but he had milk and cereal and snacks and water ready for us. So helpful. Checked in regularly to see if we needed anything. House was clean and even had toothbrushes and razors which I needed both since I had forgot mine. Nice quiet neighborhood, easy to get to every place we needed.
