The view like mentioned in every review was the best part. Rooms are far from each other and the 2 rooms attached to main deck and kitchen area surely need to be renovated. The bathrooms also need a look at. Over all the property was kept very clean and we had a great time. But the property wasn’t as great as the pictures. So expect that. Specially the 2 rooms I mentioned. The other 2 new rooms were. Double the size and much nicer.

As we reached there, staff immediately helped us for checking in. Surroundings were pleasant, from balcony sea was visible, all lush green pleasant surroundings. We could spot fire flies at night. Very close to nature. One thin immediately noticeable is, it doesn't seem as lavish as seen in online photographs posted by the company. Two of the bedrooms were very small , not possible to accommodate extra bed. Two were very specious. Pool size was like small splash pool, which was not having enough water level to enjoy by kids . Staff there were cooperative but very slow for cooking. If we wanted tea and breakfast at 7:30, they served at 9/9:30 am. So day starts late. Also limited menu is offered. They were good for Maharashtrian menu though. They were good in cooking all the things we ordered, very tasty but time consumed in preperation , ate our entertainment time. I would recommend this property to only those who want to stay there and not have much plan to roam around.

We traveled along with the family and kids and had an amazing time. The property is located at a great location amongst greenery and the ocean. The sunset at the open deck is a view to die for. The two bedrooms- one on the top with the ocean view and the another among the bougainvilleas were the best part. Harshal (care taker) and Akash (the cook) took good care of us and ensured that the time spent there was comfortable with great food. Overall - an amazing property, great team - will visit again.
