pros: - literally in the heart of hongdae so u will definitely always have things to do/eat around - comes with its own washing machine so u don’t have to bring too many clothes if u’re short on luggage space cons: - place has a NOTICEABLE sewage smell… i asked the host before booking since there was another review talking abt it previously and they mentioned it was fixed but it clearly was not… the toilet esp reeked of that smell - not v clean by my standards (but im a bit of a germaphobe) its kinda dusty and i saw 2 spiders… and there are ALWAYS flies in the room like i wld kill one and the next day there will be a new one in the room - it is in quite a quiet alley so i didn’t feel the safest as a female solo traveller walking back at night but its right off the main street so i still felt ok - its quite noisy on weekends but thats to be expected when staying in hongdae - does not come w basic amenities - tissues, trash bags etc overall not a bad place to stay if ur not particular

Location was great! In the middle of hongdae, easy to get to. About 10-15mins to MRT. You can hear people walking along the corridors too. But the location was really good. But the sewage smell was something that could not go away. Even with candles and diffusers.

nice location, clean place, spacious kitchen, lot of space for clothing. Nothing to complain about, would book again!

Really good location, convenient and close to a lot of things in the area and enjoyed our stay here overall, and is better value than most places in the area priced similarly. The downsides were that there was no secure wifi connection (had unsecured wifi connection), it was very dusty under the bed, hadn't been cleaned in a long time and triggered my allergies really bad. Also whoever was staying in the place above was noisy late into the night. Also it's unit 305 but it's on the second floor, don't drag your heavy suitcase up to 3F!!
