It is a good place to stay, our only issue was the air conditioning was blowing hot air (not the staff fault) just unfortunately in the middle of summer.

He had a nice and quite 4days stay at Balian. Its a really relaxing spot and good for surfing. After Sunset there is not much to do for young people though. Balian Villa was a good value for money but unfortunately the shower wasn't really working and couldn't be fixed so it only dribbled out. The whole villa seems to be a little uncared in the last years. There is lines of mold in the bathroom, bath-towels are different sizes, wall hooks and depositions are really loose. All in all the Villa is not overpriced but there are things which should be fixed and repaired before hosting it for new customers. The breakfast was good.

Nice room in a fantastic location. The breakfast was great and all staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooftop area has great views and the pool is beautiful. The only issue was that there was no access to the kitchen or flatscreen tv, and the water pressure was very low.

Clean, comfortable and private accommodation well located in the centre of a quite village near the beach.
