Come stay at this cozy beautiful 1-bedroom 2 bed cottage! You'll be 5 minutes from the Olympic Training Center, 10 minutes from downtown Colorado Springs, and 15 from the mountains. Grocery store and laundromat are also minutes away. You’ll have the entire cottage to yourself and can self-checkin whenever you want! Our cottage is located in a colorful and diverse ethnic and socio economic neighborhood (i.e. the neighborhood has been undergoing gentrification, but there are a few pockets that are still untouched since the ‘60s). The cottage is fully furnished, complete with linens, towels, high speed internet and WiFi, TV with Netflix and other house essentials. Our cottage is located on the same lot as our main house to the rear of the property. It has a private entrance and a fenced off backyard with patio, grill and fire pit! The private entrance is located in the back of the cottage (Mini-map provided in listing photos) Living room will have the TV (50”) as well as a couch bed that converts to a queen sized bed, which sleeps two people comfortably. Kitchen has a full size electric oven with stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker with complimentary coffee and tea, a full size fridge with a Brita pitcher and ice trays, cooking utensil, and full size sink with cleaning equipment. Bathroom is small but has a standing shower and hot running water. Hair dryer, shampoo, body wash, and extra toilet paper also provided. Bedroom has a queen sized bed and nightstands with built in outlets and USB ports. Bedroom closet will have a foldable table, folding chairs, hangers, iron, ironing board, vacuum and broom with dustpan. Guests can park along the street directly in front of the main building on the property where there is almost always space available for two cars.
