Here are the good and bad things. First the bad: the accommodation is more run-down than the pictures indicate. The pictures made it look like it was in sparkling condition, and that was not the case. The walls need a paint job, and the general appearance was tired and run down. The pool was initially not that clean, so we had some trepidation about jumping in the water when we first arrived. Also, we didn't have a car, so the location was good, but not great. There was a supermarket about 500 meters away, so that was good. But the accommodation is located in a fairly remote residential neighborhood. Now for the good: The Homerti people were amazing. I'm a bit of a nervous traveller and ask LOTS of questions. The Homerti people always, and I mean always, responded very quickly and gave us useful information. I also asked to be able to check out a little later and they were okay with that. In the end, the accommodation was perfect for our needs. I definitely recommend it.

We came with a group of friends to Mallorca to stay at a house with a pool. Before booking we asked if the pool was clean and blue because hygiene is very important for us. In a message we got ensured that this was the case. Upon arrival the pool was really green and dirty. We directly called and the company told us that someone was coming straight away. After 5 days they solved the issue and therefore we did not make use of the pool where we paid for. Not really the way we expected it how it went. Furthermore, they gave us the explanation that this was due to rainfall at the island prior to our arrival. But we know this was not the truth since we also went to friends on the island where their pool was clean. Providing us with false and misleading information is something. But lying and not solving the solution is something else.

Saubere Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage. Beim Einkaufen an Gewürze, Mülltüten, Kaffee, Kaffeefilter und Klopapier denken! Pool ist warm, wird jeden Tag gereinigt.
