Together with my wife and three children, we had a nice stay at Mélanie's flat in Annecy. The place was extremely clean, decorated with character, and right-sized for our family of five, using one rollaway bed. Within a 20 minute walk to all downtown spots for sightseeing and enjoying the lake. Would stay there again.

Finding the place was easy, detailed description of what to do when I arrived was clear and helpful. The parking was very convenient; the apartment was clean and beautifully decorated. The only problem was the locker code given to us was different from the actual code. We arrived late and couldn’t get to the apartment. We tried to call, send message but there was no response. We were nearly given up and decided to sleep in the car. Our son, kept on trying using different numbers and miraculously manage to find the right code. In the morning we received a text from the owner and we explained the situation and the response was ‘the locker might be broken’, and no apology! we couldn’t understand what that meant, it was simply the code given to us was not the same with the actual code. With children, arriving a new place, at night, and not getting access was not a great experience and at least apology was in order. I hope the owner will learn from this and be careful for next time.
