Peaceful location, near the water but in a country setting. Deer in the neighborhood. Bottom floor of a 2 story home. Good place for a quiet retreat. Excellent shower. Everything you need provided by host.

Natalie was a nice and responsive host! It’s a great spot, but if you’re looking for complete privacy, I would look somewhere else. You can hear the people upstairs periodically, which I’m sure are the hosts, but that’s not clarified in any of the descriptions. It’s not technically an “entire rental unit” as it’s portrayed, the top half is part of the whole apartment, but you’re not allowed up there, which is very misleading since there is a picture taken from the balcony and the description states it’s a two story apartment that’s an “entire home” I didn’t know we would be sharing the place until after I bought it and got the check in information. My boyfriend and I, were too hesistant to use the outside patio/fireplace in fear of being watched/listened to from the ring camera that’s in such close proximity or even from the balcony. All in all, this place is a cute setting for a little vacation, the house is great, the privacy is just not there.
