Erick is great to work with, flexible, communicates well and promptly. Apartment is bright and airy with a sweet view of a little gazebo park. Clean, comfortable, and smells fresh, too. Very bright and welcoming. Heater works well to swiftly warm the space as needed. Bed is super comfortable. Cupboards are well-labeled to assist finding things, and apartment instructions are clear. Towels are thick and fresh. There’s a Brita pitcher for filtered water and a whole coffee making set-up. The location feels very safe and is near hiking trails of the Mt Tam area. Also easy access to 101 and close enough to SF for day trips and explorations. The only small bother was parking. Parking area in front of the apartment and around the small park is time regulated. During business hours limited to 2hr or 4hr. Overnight is fine. On Corte Madera Ave there are a few non-timed spots for leaving your car during the day. Overall a great AirBnB offering and great host. Would stay here again.
