Splendid second floor apartment in a building of 10 units with independent entrance. Located near Piazza Manzoni a few meters from the sea. The accommodation, recently renovated, is composed of: - a spacious bedroom with double bed and single bed - living room with kitchenette, equipped with oven and fridge, and sofa bed - bathroom with window which has a washing machine. Outside, two terraces, one of which with a dining table, complete the property. Located near the beach and Piazza Manzoni, the apartment is part of a condominium context, hosting a total of ten residential units. The property is perfect for a peaceful summer holiday. The bedroom with double bed and single bed + sofa bed in the living room allow you to accommodate up to 4 guests during your stay. Externally there is a private space where you can have lunch or dinner in the open air, taking advantage of the spacious eat-in kitchen with table also inside. The bathroom is complete with sanitary ware and shower cubicle, has a window and there is a free washing machine inside. The apartment has air conditioning. The flat has a good location, it’s near mini-markets, cafes and restaurants. There’s an umbrella and 2 lounge chairs reserved on the beach nearby for the tenants. There’s cutlery and dishes and cups, the oven and gas cooker. But when we arrived arrived, the beds were not made and there was no soap to wash hands, no shower gel, no trash bags and as it was almost 10 pm i was glad i could get it quickly from the nearby shop. I wrote to the host and we got some of the requested listed items like shower gel and shampoo, another set of bed sheets for my son and more toilet paper the next day. It’s a hiccup, i’m glad it got sorted out. The other thing that surprised me that there was no salt and sugar and oil, i didn’t mind getting it but was surprised. The air conditioning worked, the rest was all good.

A few steps from the apartment is one of the most beautiful structures in the city, the J44 hotel, where you can have lunch or an aperitif in a breathtaking location overlooking the sea.

The bus station is a 10-minute walk away, and from there you can reach all points of interest in the city, including Venice and the islands.
