I had a great time staying at this airbnb. Had more than enough space which is way better than most other bnbs i find. Very respectful and reasonable host whom id definitely recommend to stay at his airbnb.

Lincoln was great host. He was very attentive and responsive. He allowed my team and I to check in early. The place was very nice and welcoming and the kitchen was absolutely GORGEOUS. We put everything to great use. I’d easily book this place any time I’m in Austin.

TLDR: if you want to stay in north Austin with a larger group and a pool, and don’t mind that the place isn’t the cleanest then this could be an option to consider. Pros: host was responsive, pool, house layout was ideal for groups/families Cons: not well kept/clean, stains in carpets/rugs not clean Lincoln was a very accommodating host. We had a last minute booking and requests and he was very prompt and attentive to those requests. He was also responsive when there was an issue with check in. Checking in was not great. My family includes older parents and young toddler/baby so we were hoping for an earlier check in but it was not available (which is fine). Unfortunately, we arrived 1 hour after our check in time and it still was not ready. Apparently the previous guests did not leave on time so it delayed the cleaning time. Even after waiting the place wasn’t very clean. Carpets/mats had many stains, bathrooms felt grimy. We have babies so we didn’t feel comfortable with that.
