let's start the is not Handicap friendly and if you have a baby with a stroller you don't have an access....we have to cancel the stay...it's completely two separate houses...im order for To go to the 1st floor you will need to get out from the house. Rain or shine and get to the 1st floor. when we want to stay there the garage was full with building Hazard and no door from the house to the garage not even a sign that says do not enter ...my boy almost got injured ..so all the first floor was super dusty....in general it's Misleading listing...we did not stay there and we Request a refund. We have to book last minute another airbnb

First of all, the house was really great for our family vacation, which brought together 4 families from across the country. Raegan truly was amazing and very responsive - one of the best hosts I’ve ever interacted with. With that being said, the listing did say it had 5 bedrooms, but one is only accessible through 2 other bedrooms and the 2 downstairs rooms are accessible through an outside staircase, with one of the “rooms” not having its own 4 walls/door, and is actually in a hallway leading to a bathroom. This wasn’t a huge deal for us, but still not what we expected when renting a 5 bedroom house. Additionally, the listing mentioned it has kids games/books, so we packed less things for our children and could not find any of those amenities for them. All in all though, we had a great vacation and the location really can’t be beat. Thank you, Raegan!

We had the most fabulous time staying at this beautiful home. Raegan was more than friendly and accommodating, and made us feel safe, and right at home. She was extremely responsive and available, and we are very happy with our experience.

We enjoyed our stay in Saint James City. Raegan was super responsive and the home is pretty well stocked overall. The guests before us left a few items broken/dirty, so we had to report these upon check in. There were also a few small maintenance issues that we made her aware of, but the house is in great shape overall, especially considering that much of the island is still recovering from the hurricane. Loading the boat was super easy and we were so thankful to have the opportunity to bring our dog, Bud, along. We also brought electric scooters which were super useful.
