We follow Airbnb's five-step thorough cleaning process. The apartment is located at a unique place, 50 meters from the sea, in the heart of Nea Plagia Beach. Just 40 minutes from Thessaloniki is built on the seafront and offers its guests comfortable accommodation with a friendly atmosphere. It is individually decorated with fine aesthetics and each room has private balcony. This apartment offer a relax stay. Is located on the seafront, at the central square and is comfortable and bright. It has one comfortable double bed, one single bed and sea view. It has a fully equipped kitchen and private bathroom with shower and toilet. Is equipped with free wifi, air - condition, smart LCD TV and as an extra service to make your stay comfortable, we provide you of free linens, towels and cleaning service. The super markets, kiosks, bakery, restaurants, beach bars and the bus station of public transportation services are a minute walk from the apartment. Also you can reach a lot of different beaches from here.

Die Wohnung war bei Ankunft sehr sauber , die Küche hat alles was zum kochen gebraucht wird . Eine Waschmaschine war auch vorhanden was sehr wichtig wenn über längeren Zeitraum Urlaub dort verbracht wird. Das war Bad war sauber es gibt immer warmes Wasser, auf Nachfrage haben wir auch neue Handtücher bekommen. Vom Balkon kann der Blick auf das Meer genossen werden der Strand ist Fußläufig ca. 50 Schritte entfernt. Ein Supermarkt ist direkt gegenüber von der Unterkunft. Mit einem Bis ist man auch schnell in andere umliegende Städte gefahren . Restaurants und Tavernen sind direkt um die Ecke .Wir haben uns bei Niko sehr wohl gefühlt. Er antwortet bei Fragen auch sofort.

Bardzo dziękujemy za pobyt. Nikos jest bardzo gościnny i pomocny. Pokój był nieskazitelnie czysty, a w nim znajdowało się wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy. Lokalizacja wspaniała, zaledwie kilka kroków od morza. Dookoła przyjazna okolica, restauracje i bary. Polecamy serdecznie :)

Nikos is a very hospitable person and he was very helpful during the whole period of our stay. The location of the apartment is great and everything is near.

Thank you for choosing our accommodation. You are also part of the collective effort to raise awareness for changing attitudes and protecting nature.
We are proud to manage our accommodation in an environmentally friendly way, as members of the Greek Eco Project and have implemented additional Health and Safety measures.
The accommodation collects rainwater and stores it in its building's cistern, an important feature still preserved in the village's traditional homes. At the same time, the waste water is treated and has its own septic tank, which fortunately means that only clean water seeps into the ground and never into the sea. All wall paint is also environmentally friendly.
Appliances (all A++) such as washing machines, fridges and air conditioners, along with LED lighting throughout, are energy efficient and contribute to the green philosophy.
The accommodation also contributes to the recycling of plastic, other waste and the furniture are eco friendly.
