Victor’s place is spacious and is suitable for big groups or family gathering. He’s very responsive and friendly. Breakfast provided was simple yet nice and locally. Strongly recommend.

The 2 times pick up was arranged effortlessly with Daniel and he was always on time and responsive! Victor was also very welcoming and delivered some indomie and breakfast to us. He was also very responsive with our queries. We would definitely come back again! Great stay overall :)

We had an exceptional experience staying at batam with Victor as our host. The accommodation was perfect in every way, and Victor made our stay truly memorable with their warmth and hospitality. From the moment we arrived, Victor welcomed us with open arms and ensured that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Their attention to detail and thoughtfulness were evident in every aspect of our visit. The apartment itself was immaculate, well-appointed, and exceeded our expectations. We especially appreciated the firework, the sight we get to relax at the balcony Victor went above and beyond to make us feel at home, offering great local recommendations and always being available to answer any questions we had.

Victor was a very helpful and responsive host. We arrived on Day 1 of Chinese New year and was afraid most places would be closed, but he managed to help us order dinner. He was also quick to respond to queries and came by promptly to try to fix issues with the toilet. No drinks and instant noodles provided as per advertised but we were able to get most things from the mall or via grab/gofood. Washing machine was outside the main living around and there was a sign stating for employees only. Kayak was wedged under the house and we were not sure how to get them out. Place has a lot of potential but needs more maintenance to make it a more comfortable stay.
