Great top floor, beachfront condo. It is spacious and clean. The good sized laundry room just inside the front door is the perfect place to drop your sandy/wet beach gear, so you don't track it throughout the condo. The listing and several reviews of other condos in the building state that many "necessities" aren't provided, but the kitchen had a roll of paper towels, small container of dish soap, and two dishwasher pods. This unit had both a Keuring and pot coffee machine, but did not have coffee or filters. Each bathroom had 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 travel size shampoo, and 1 travel size body wash, but no hand soap and no hairdryer. All very reasonable to start your stay. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We would certainly stay again.
