Amazing area, very peaceful , walking distance to the most beautiful beaches of algarve and an amazing common pool with sea view.The house was nice , enough space for a family of 6 , but not well maintained and not so clean on the outside deck and pool. We had some issues with communication , it was not easy to understand who to talk to and the check in was too complicated. Overall it was a nice place for a vacation but overpriced according to the offered conditions.

The villa was a bit tatty in places, could do with some TLC. Beds were rock hard, good for some but not for others like me! Generally clean. Good location, Prainha is a lovely resort with good facilities. Just a bit far from town. We knew that so didn't bother us but if walkable to town is what you're after then this isn't it. Very close to the beach and a couple of great restaurants. Communication with the host was excellent
