Absolutely exceeded our expectations…so peaceful yet so close to the village..a real farm oasis with chooks,sheep, birds Accommodation itself was very modern & all amenities were excellent Wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend to family & friends Thanks Ash & Josh 👍😊

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ashleigh’s beautiful cottage. It was comfortable and cozy with everything we needed and more. Communication with Ash was easy before and during our stay. We loved the space and the location. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay in Koroit! A beautiful town and loved seeing the sheep + chickens. The Airbnb was beautiful and looked just like the photos.

We have travelled from Sydney along great ocean road towards the Adelaide and stopped at Ash and Josh’s place for two nights in between. Place was super cozy, clean and private, even though located close to the main house. We got to see chickens, sheep, cows and local birds. Waking up in a tranquil surrounding enjoying a cup of coffee was amazing. We also used fireplace during the colder night and house instantly felt even more warm and cosy. Kitchen has got all you need for cooking up some food. Hosts provided fresh eggs, bread, honey and wine which was a lovely touch. Bedrooms were clean and linen was fresh. Had a very good sleep there. We fully recommend staying at their place w if you are in the area. Thank you Ash and Josh for your hospitality.

This is a modern and purpose-built guest unit with two comfortable double bedrooms in a peaceful location close to both Port Fairy and Warrnambool. We thoroughly recommend it to others.
