Our third time at Jeff’s place. As usualvery clean ands comfy. Would recommend for a couple wanting a relaxed stay with great amenities close by.

The apartments location in Belsize Park was fantastic. Jeff was also a very responsive and attentive host - thanks so much for hosting us!

Great location. Walking distance to 2 tube stns. Nice neighborhood. Spacious cottage. Lots of natural light. Basic kitchen appliances (though no MW). Overall very clean; however carpet in the living room was quite stained and gave the room a very faded look. Too few (4) hangers in bedroom closet for week-long stay. Communication was prompt and clear till close to our arrival. Jeff said that Lockbox code and other info would be sent by Airbnb within 24 hrs of our check-in. Did not happen! Had to email Jeff for the code right before my flt. No other instructions were sent. On arrival, the lockbox was not easily locatable! Thankfully, I had a local SIM card so I could call Jeff! There was no visitor instruction sheet in the apt with WIFI password, trash disposal etc. I had to reach out to Jeff several times to get all this info. In his messages, Jeff had mentioned that the apt. had a fan but none was avbl when we checked in. Apart from these (easily fixable) issues we had a nice stay.

This flat was in a lovely neighborhood and extremely quiet. After the bustle of the city, it was a welcome retreat to come home to each day. The kitchen was well stocked, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was excellent. I would definitely stay here again!
