Eg: coffee sachet, tea bags for each guest, toilet paper ( 2 rolls per toilet) , 3 in 1 shampoo/body-wash/conditioner & dishwashing powder, these are provided for short stay (1-2 days). Any additional items you require will need to be purchased by you The property has a 12 metre jetty that you can fish from if you want to try your luck. Please Note: This is a family friendly property, we are NOT an event, or party house. We do NOT have and will NOT cater for schoolies, bucks/hens parties, or other large social gatherings. On booking, if you haven't already told us, we will ask for details of your group and information on your trip here to the coast. We do value our wonderful waterfront house and the well being of our neighbours. If we have reports of a party, event, function and / or complaints from neighbours, we will investigate and if necessary ask you to immediately vacate the premises. I cannot stress HIGHLY ENOUGH this is a high quality, luxury house for families, friends and small groups, who want a quiet peaceful time whilst they are here. The cleaning charge for your stay is levied on a normal clean, if guests have left garbage, stains, rubbish, bottles, breakages, cigarette butts/smell/burns (which we will have cleaned or repaired) the guest/s will be levied for ALL ADDITIONAL CLEANING AND REPLACEMENT COSTS.
