We lived our 6 night stay at Giovannis beach house. It is simple and designed primarily for outside living which is what we did. We lived our evenings on the upstairs terrace and our days on the beach returning to the house fir a simple lunch. We walked into Donnalucata three evenings for dinner. Lots of good places to eat and a very good gelateria Blue Moon. A good butcher too where we bought some nice lunch food like Caponata. We loved the family feel of the town ...completely unspoilt and very charming sea side resort. But Giovannis house was the prize at the best end of the beach and with a view to die for. We didn't want to leave.

Es war alles bestens - wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Das Haus mit den 3 Terrassen ist toll. Der Vorgarten war Anfang Juli eine Blütenpracht. Die Außendusche dort - herrlich. Die Lage des Hauses ist wunderbar. Die hintere Terrasse geht direkt in den Strand über. Wir haben es sehr genossen, den Strand und das Meer direkt vor Augen - und vor den Füßen! zu haben. Traumhaft! Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet - wir haben viel gekocht und es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Vielen Dank, lieber Giovanni. Wir kommen gerne wieder...

Bei Giovanni war es Toll, das Objekt liegt direkt am Strand. Die Außenduschen sind super. Die Lage ist Toll und Parkplatz ist auch vorhanden. Gerne Wieder Salih

Giovanni è stato un ospite perfetto: sollecito nel accontentare le nostre richieste (di poter disporre di cibo al nostro arrivo domenica sera, quando i negozi a Donnalucata sono chiusi) e nel darci ottimi suggerimenti. La casa si affaccia su una bellissima spiaggia poco frequentata anche nei weekend, ma allo stesso tempo gode di privacy e tranquillità grazie ad alcune dune di sabbia che la separano dal mare, vicinissmo (di notte si dorme cullati dal rumore del mare). Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche la pulizia, il fatto che la casa sia accessoriata di tutto, sia dotata di ampie verande in cui poter mangiare all'aperto e godere del panorama, di un giardino delizioso con doccia all'aperto, tra gli oleandri, dotata di acqua calda, e della vicinanza a luoghi incantevoli che meritano più di una visita. Ho già consigliato la casa ad alcuni amici...sperando che in futuro sia libera ancora per noi. Ci piacerebbe tanto tornare!

We had a wonderful stay. The location of the house at the beach is very convenient and nobody was on the beach (in June). The three terraces to choose from was just amazing (sea view, 1st floor terrace with more sea breeze, garden terrace with Oleanders). Everything was as shown on the pictures, and everything was there to make our stay comfortable. Giovanni was responding quickly, and welcoming us to show us the house. The welcoming drinks in the fridge after our day of travel were also appreciated. The house is close to Donnalucata where you can find restaurants, supermarket etc., and can be reached easily with a walk of around 20 min. on the beach. We can definitely recommend this place for a relaxing Holiday.
