The house is easy to find, and had all the basic amenities. no microwave or water dispenser, but Chong Yan ensured there was a kettle and tap water filter which helped us have a good supply of drinking water. There was also a slow cooker and stove if you needed to warm leftover food. The house was a little dusty when we checked in but Chong was very responsive when we asked for the house to be mopped. He came by the next day (after informing us) and got the house cleaned. There are 2 bathrooms, 1 on each floor, so plan your shower needs :-) . The air conditioning in the 3 smaller rooms were good, but the room with the 2 queen beds was big. We were there during the hot spell and the air conditioning was not sufficient. Chong had 2 small fans fixed in the room but it was still quite warm at night. There's a balcony attached to the big room which has a clothes drying rack, it was helpful for us after coming back from Tambun water park. Good value for money and responsive host.

Owner being very responsive and even make sure her unit is clean although I booked on the same day of check in. 99Speedmart is directly opposite the homestay. Driving to Ipoh attraction around 9km. Overall is good. Will surely come back again.
