We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It was so nice having a comfortable and spacious place for our whole group to hang out together when we weren’t out visiting what there was to see in the area. The house is charming and funky. It is an old house which added to the charm, people should expect what comes with an old house. It was perfect for our eclipse trip to Niagara Falls and the Frank Lloyd house.

This listing is truth in advertising. Spacious house, lots of light, just enough furniture and decorative touches. The space feels open and free to make it your own during your stay. Extra pillows and linens available. Lots of little extras in drawers and cabinets from previous guests, which we appreciated. Bedrooms were clean, tidy, and appointed with towels and washcloths. Shower products available in both bathrooms. Upstairs bathroom layout is quirky but functional, with sink, shower/bath, and toilet. We stayed two nights so didn’t really “nest” but found out stay satisfying during the time there. Nice deep porch to sit on to enjoy coffee and greet the neighbors walking their dogs. House has an electronic keypad entry and exterior camera. Residential street felt safe. Neighbors to the left of the house (if you’re facing it) decided to play music loudly around 2 a.m. one night and that was the only blip in our stay but has nothing to do with the host. I recommend John and his house!

John place was lovely, clean and homey. An older home with lots of character. It had plenty of room for entertaining with a big living room and kitchen. The beds are cozy, and there's room for 2 cars in the driveway. John is very responsive. Had a lovely time!

Stayed here to go and watch the leafs game. Great place and location! Accommodated 6 of us comfortably.
