Ruby is an excellent host and my wife and I enjoyed staying at her property. She’s an effective communicator who cares about the well being of her guests. Her place is clean, quiet, and comfortable and in the perfect location. We would stay with her again if we return to Anchorage.

Quiet place, I felt safe in the area. There is a window in the shower, I hadn’t realized that, so was surprised. It steams up pretty quick. The property met my needs, I’d stay again.

everything was fine, nothing to write home about but good. everything worked well (hot water was excellent!) and Ruby was nice and helpful. what more can you ask for 🤷‍♀️

It was close to all the places I needed to get to. After long days of work it was nice to be in a quiet place.

Airbnb gave us a difficult time due to an error on their part. I feel really bad however the host tried their best and remained kind the whole time, even though it may have been a very frustrating situation. The air bnb itself was really nice. Comfy, secure and had a washer and dryer, which is really hard to find at that price. Neighborhood was quiet, place was bug and draft free and the blankets were like clouds. No joke 🥺 the host definitely cares about people, that’s probably my favorite part. Hopefully Airbnb gets it together, things definitely should have been resolved better on their end :(
