The place was clean and the space was efficiently used. It was a little tight but they included everything needed for 2 people. The pictures show the various room types -we had one with a queen bed, small table, 2 chairs, fridge with private bathroom and a safe. The location was amazing – a few blocks from Pub Street, Night Market and other stores like 7/11. So it was easy to find food and things to do at night. Near great restaurants but just far enough so the noise didn’t bother us. It felt like a giant block party with tons of people in the streets. The pool looked amazing but never found time to swim which was a regret. We came during Cambodian New Year so it was busy with celebrations. The check in and check out was easy since they had staff at the desk. They were always pleasant and helpful with all of our questions. If you want to be close to the action, this hotel is great. Would stay here again (and hopefully try the pool next time). Thank you for a wonderful time!

The staff at Baahu Villa were great! Especially Barang, who went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed and were taken care of. At one point, the WiFi signal became weak in our room and Barang quickly arranged for me to have access to a work area with stronger WiFi in a neighbouring hotel, where I could see my psychotherapy clients from. Barang also arranged auto rickshaws for us for Angkor Wat as well as to the airport. He was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay, even allowing us an extended checkout, as we were flyining out in the evening. Finally, Baahu Villa is centrally located, close to many restaurants and bars. We would definitely stay at Baahu again!

Very nice room in a convenient location, especially if you arrive in bus (1 block from travel mart). Great value. Great host, extremely helpful. Hooked us up with a tuk tuk driver who was a great guide to show us around all the sites. Friendly, very cheap, and knew all the best sites and times to go, as well as stops for food (ask for Mr. Chea).

Barang’s place was 5-star. The location was excellent, a short walk from Pub Street and the Night Market. Convenience stores weren’t far. A little walk away was our favorite restaurant called ‘Try Me’ which has excellent food and was not expensive. The room had strong AC, clean bathroom and a comfortable bed. The property was nicely decorated. We were able to leave our bags since we had a late flight. We were even given a complimentary room for a quick shower before our flight which was incredibly nice. It must be noted that our reservation said breakfast ‘was provided’ which in AirBnB terms has always meant at no additional fee, but when we arrived they said it was $5 a day/pp. For us, it wasn’t the $5 that mattered, but that the ad was incorrect. They offered us a compromise and all else was 5 stars with our stay. So just know it may or may not be include. I will say though that it was delicious and worth the $5. We would recommend the hotel and stay again.
