Our group of 4 adults and 4 kids loved this place! There was plenty of space for us to spread out and relax, and also for us all to eat meals together at the big dining table. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we were never bored with all of the games, books, and puzzles in the house. The view of the beach (with snow on it!), and Chicago in the distance, was stunning. And it's just a short walk down the steps to the sand. Even in the cold weather, it is a beautiful stretch of beach. We will be back!

A great place for a family reunion and Thanksgiving Dinner. What a view. Kitchen is well stocked. Great spaces for family gathering. Kids loved the beach.

The cottage was clean, had a lot of room and wonderful large windows to see the lake. There is no stairs to get to the cottage but about 40 steps to get to the beach. This cottage was perfect for our ladies weekend since we had a friend with limited Mobility. There is a large desk with a large table to enjoy the lake. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking pans, serving bowls and random utensils. The TV is not smart so you would need a fire stick or hook to smart Device using an HDMI cable. We were very happy and can’t wait to return.
