Villa Emelia is a charming house with swimming pool near the beach of Marina di Cinisi, surrounded by a beautiful garden full of colors: in this comfortable villa you can admire the deep blue sea and the sky, warm yourself sunbathing under the dazzling yellow sun, relax yourself in the green meadow where many varieties of fragrant flowers bloom, especially in spring! The swimming pool (8x4,5 meters, depth 1.5 meters) in the garden is an additional comfort that will make your stay at Villa Emelia unique and unforgettable! Villa Emelia is the ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday without giving up the sea that is only 5 minutes walk, suitable for families and large groups (up to 12 people). The house has two floors. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with fireplace, TV 32'', sofas, tables for lunch and dinner and open plan kitchen (full optional). The furnishings are new and the atmosphere is elegant and comfortable. The living room has two large picture windows overlooking the lovely flower garden and a door leading to the covered terrace with table, chairs, sofas, kitchen (including barbecue and pizza oven) to spend unforgettable meals. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with bathroom (shower) and another bedroom with a comfortable single sofa bed + a pouf bed for a second person. On the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, a living room with table and chairs, sofa bed for two people and another kitchen. The villa has a large garden where you can also find toys for children. Outdoors there is also a laundry room with bathroom. The car is necessary for travel around the area.

We had 3 families (12 people 6 adults and 6 kids) stay here for 4 nights. We arrived super late due to delays in the flight, but Emelia's daughter Raffaella very kindly stayed back and checked us in. She took us around the property and explained all the key things. She had a large Welcome pizza ready for us, which was a blessing given it was already to late for us to go out and get dinner. The property has an amazing outdoor garden, pool, sittings, and kitchens and lots of space overall. The house is also very functional and well-furnished. We took lots of beautiful photos all around the property. The last 100-meter road to the property is narrow. We'd a 9 seater Van and it took a few driving to get used to driving on that narrow lane. The location of the property is ideal for all the key local beautiful places to visit using the car. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend a large group to come and stay here.
Die Lage war super (Auto ist sehr vorteilhaft) und der Außenbereich war sehr schön. Für größere Gruppen mit Kindern ist es optimal. Emelia war sehr gastfreundlich und man hat sich wohl gefühlt. Der einzige Nachteil für uns waren die harten Betten. Alles in allem ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis gut.
Villa charmante, agréable offrant un très bel extérieur avec un piscine. Proche de l'aéroport et à 20 minutes en voiture de Palerme. Hôtes sympathique et réactifs.

Man fühlt sich als wäre man Teil von Emelias Familie. Das Haus ist groß und hat tolle Aussenbereiche für Groß und Klein! Ein Highlight für uns war sicherlich die Outdoor-Küche, der Grill, der Pool und der Spielbereich für die Kinder. Die vielen Schlafzimmer und Bäder haben uns als Großfamilie einen entspannten Urlaub verbringen lassen. Das Meer ist wirklich um die Ecke, man kann morgens vor dem Frühstück kurz schwimmen gehen; traumhaft. Für alle anderen Ausflüge braucht man unbedingt ein Auto, wie es auch in der Beschreibung steht. Nach Palermo fährt man ca 35 min, Der Flughafen ist um die Ecke, trotzdem hört man so gut wie nie Fluglärm. Wir haben uns sehr über die Leckereien gefreut, die uns bei Ankunft erwartet haben, sowie über die gut ausgestattete Küche und die kleinen Gebäckstücke von der Konditorei, die wir bekommen haben. Villa Emelia is in a wonderful location near the sea in Palermo. The closer village is Marina di Cinisi, a popular residential area very well known for its beautiful Torre Pozzillo sandy beach and the coast of rocks where the sea is very clean and transparent.
There are many attractions nearby especially in the summer season. The Villa is located near the village of Terrasini, where every summer there is a program of shows and events. Villa Emelia is only 20 minutes from Palermo, a big city where you can find many cultural sights (UNESCO itineraries, museums, exhibitions, night clubs, etc.).
In the area there are many good restaurants and pizzerias to taste typical local dishes, and we will be happy to recommend the best for your arrival and show you how to reach them.
Near the Villa there is also a small supermarket and a few kilometers away is a big shopping center (5 minutes by car).
Villa Emelia is located in a residential area, to reach supermarkets, bars, pharmacy pizzerias, etc., the car is necessary.
Villa Emelia is the ideal base for whom that are planning a tour of western Sicily. It is just 2 kilometers far from the highway Palermo-Trapani, and 4 km far from the airport Falcone e Borsellino.
For lovers of aercheological sites it is easy to get Segesta, where there are a magnifique doric temple and theatre. Going on towards the highway to Trapani, you can get Erice, a wonderful medieval village, Scopello to taste the typical "pani cunzato" (bread with tomatos, cheese and anchoas) and the Zingaro Natural Reserve, one of the most charming sea beach.
