The Panty Ranch is newly renovated and features an open-concept chef's kitchen, fun cozy bedrooms, and a patio where you can relax in the hot tub or snuggle up by the fire table. Located with easy access to QEW/403 and Go bus/train terminals, Niagara Falls and Toronto. Explore Dundurn Castle, Royal Botanic Gardens, the Bruce Trail & more! The Panty Ranch is bright, spacious, and modern. The kitchen is open to the living and dining room areas. It's a fantastic area for gathering and socializing! There is plenty of seating. The dining table seats 6, and the kitchen island has bar seating for 5. There is also a separate wet bar/coffee/smoothie station with a bar fridge, Nespresso machine, and Vitamix. The bathroom is clean and modern with AMAZING water pressure in the shower. Each bedroom has its own unique character, comfy beds, plenty of pillows and cordless phone charging stations. The green room is set up with a workstation with a stand-sit desk and large monitor for WFH guests. The brightly decorated kids' room has bunkbeds, and if needed a bed rail, a pack & play and a high chair. Unwind on the Panty Ranch Patio! Soak in the hot tub - steps outside the sliding doors in each of the bedrooms, then wrap yourself in a heated towel and cozy up in the gazebo by the gas fire pit. If your fur-baby is enjoying the stay with you, you'll relax knowing the entire (huge) backyard is fenced.

Great, cozy place to stay for my family and I. Lots of convenient amenities, such as active Netflix account, plenty of appliances, and toys and puzzles for the kids. We would definitely stay here again!
This was our second stay at Jennifer's, and we look forward to the next! The house is beautifully decorated and feels like home. The kitchen is gorgeous and very well appointed. The last time we were there was winter, so it was nice to stay in nice weather and get to check out the beautiful back deck with a hot tub and gazebo. Jennifer has done an amazing job with this house and I would highly recommending anyone looking for a little oasis in the heart of Burlington.
Wir waren zu dritt als Familie in dieser Unterkunft. Es hat alles sehr gut gepasst. Die Kommunikation war top. Es gab einen hochstuhl und Spielzeug für den Kleinen. Wir würden wieder kommen :-)
Just stayed at Jen's place for 2 weeks with my wife and 2 kids and parents. The house had everything we needed and more. Jen was happy to help with anything we needed quickly. The house was really nice and spacious and we enjoyed the back garden and hot tub aswell. Burlington is a really nice area aswell and there was a nice park within walking distance for the kids. Would stay here again no problem 😀
Nach 5 Wochen Rundreise durch Kanada war das Häuschen in Burlington unsere letzter Stop vor dem Heimflug. Von der Unterkunft ist es nur eine kurze Fahrt zum Stadtstrand oder zu anderen Stränden. Mit der Bahn im Ort kommt man bequem in die Innenstadt von Toronto. Wir hatten einen schönen Zeit im Häuschen. Den Pool und die Feuerstelle haben wir bei +30 Grad nicht getestet, sind aber bei kühleren Temperaturen eine tolle Möglichkeit abends draußen zu sitzen und zu entspannen.

There is driveway parking for 1 car, and I can make arrangements for a second driveway space with notice. The Panty Ranch is located minutes from all major highways (403/407/QEW) for easy access to Hamilton (15 min), Toronto Airport (35 min), downtown Toronto (50 min), wine-country (35 min), and Niagara (45 min).
The Burlington city bus stops steps from the front door, and the Go Train/Bus station is a short 7-minute drive.
Short drive or 10-minute walk to the grocery store, coffee shop, pet store, pharmacy, and pub. 15-20-minute walk to restaurants and full gym.

Hi there! I’m Jenn, a long-time resident of Canada’s-voted-best-city-to-live Burlington. I grew up in a small town called Beamsville in the heart of the Niagara Wine region, so I had no choice but to learn a thing or 2 about winemaking (and tasting!) growing up. I graduated from McMaster University as a musician, but I’m also a fitness & nutrition coach, with a WFH day job in the real estate industry.
