I stayed at Eric’s house with friends for three days at the end of 2023. The house is beautiful, and the photos represent what it really is. The communication with the host was easy and he was available to support us with some issues we faced. I cannot leave to mention all the issues here. We found the barbecue area extremely dirty and had to do a deep clean to use it. The water heat system of the house was unstable, so we took a cold shower on one of the days. Besides, the lights were unstable as well. If we used the stovetop and oven at the same time, for example, both turned off. Other things that weren’t working in the house were the washing machine and the garage gate. The house seems new, but they need to correct some issues to provide a good experience.

My family had a relaxing stay here. We loved the house, especially the pool and location. The beach was beautiful with very few people. There are great restaurants within a short 5 minute walk. The sunsets from the roof were spectacular. Someone was there to walk us through the house in case we had any questions. We have recommended this place to several friends. This was a great find!
