IDEAL FOR TELEWORK. Fantastic apartment across the Postiguet beach with incredible views. Third floor with elevator. 1 bedroom, capacity for 3 people, with two 90x1.90m beds and a sofa-bed in the living room, Italian system (comfortable memory foam mattress of 1.35m). Built-in wardrobe in the room, very quiet, fresh and silent. Wonderful living room with sea views, furnished with teak table and chairs + 2 recliners chairs in front of the window/balcony Located on the 3rd floor in a modern quiet building (with an elevator) this is a fantastic beach front apartment that offers incredible views of Postiguet Beach on the Mediterranean Sea. This 1 bedroom apartment (equipped with WiFi) sleeps 3, there are two single beds as well as a sizable wardrobe in the bedroom, and a double size Italian type sofa bed (with a comfy memory foam mattress) in the living room. The unit is continuously cool as a result of a constant gentle sea breeze. It has a great sun room/glassed in veranda furnished with a small teak table and chairs which will allow you to watch the sun rise while having your morning coffee, in the same area there are also 2 recliners chairs which will enable you to overlook both the beach and sea. The kitchen comes equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, a Melita coffee maker, toaster, juicer, crockery and cutlery. In the dining area there is a table with 4 chairs. In the living area is 32” flat screen TV. There is a ‘top’ loading washing machine in an adjoining area to the kitchen. The bathroom has all the necessary amenities such as a bath/shower, hairdryer, window to a patio. The location is perfect in every way. Not only is it within a stone’s throw from the beach which can be accessed by a pedestrian bridge but it is also within walking distance to many shops, pharmacies, museums, public transportation, restaurants and terraces as well as the rather quaint ‘old town’ area. Also nearby is the elevator to the impressive and historic Castillo de Santa Bárbara. Our stay was great! The views are absolutely beautiful. It's a 5 min walk to the beach, and about a 5 min walk into the main part of town! Also about a 3 min walk to the castle. So super accessible! The food scene here is amazing! We HIGHLY recommend the Arroz (Paella) at El Gosto Del Gourmet, La Casa de Leo for an incredibly different/thoughtful experience, and Boca D'vin for delicious food and amazing service! One thing to note (which Teresa told us about) is that her downstairs neighbor is sensitive to "noises" aka walking like a normal person haha he approached us the first day and asked us to be "quiet". I said "yeah- we just got here had to get our bags inside, sorry about that". We didn't hear from him again so it was fine but just be aware! Otherwise, great stay! Highly recommend!
Het appartement was klein maar voldoende ruimte voor 2 personen. Het heeft een prachtig uitzicht over de zee. het strand en supermarkt zijn dichtbij. Het historisch centrum is 15 minuten lopen. Aan de muur hingen diverse instructies over wat wel of niet te doen. En de onderbuurman klaagt al heel snel over geluidsoverlast. dat is vervelend...
Had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay. Teresa was fantastic.and very welcoming She met us earlier than planned as our plane was early. Apartment was perfect for us. View of the beach. Five minute walk to the city and nearest tram and beach side restaurants. The apartment had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again. Many Thanks Teresa. Xx

Apartment located at one of the best Alicante's downtown neighborhoods. The building is right above the lift to Saint Barbara's Castle. Supermarkets at a short distance. Lift on the street to go down the beach in you carry weight or are physically challenged. Outdoors coffee shops overlooking the deep blue Mediterranean sea and enjoy wonderful breakfast.

Therefore, guests will be asked to respect the basic rules of coexistence, such as - Lower the volume of noise, voice and TV between 12 midnight and 8 o'clock the morning - Not using the washing machine after 10:00 p.m. - Not shaking the towels with beach sand through the windows - As well as reporting any inconvenience guests may have coming from the neighbors or within the building.
