We had a great stay as our barn was showing at HITS. The proximity to the horse show was critical for us. Juan was a great host - we look forward to visiting again.

The house was okay . It lacked kitchen extras . The pool was enjoyable . It for sure could use some updated pool noodles and floats. But it isn't advertised that those are provided either , so just bring your own ! The only real problem we encountered was the little sitting area by the pool. Once the tile is wet, it's very slippery . otherwise we enjoyed our time there . As for prior reviews of spider webs 🕸 yes their are some in the trees outside, but who doesn't live under a bunch of trees and not have spiders? over all, we enjoyed our last-minute short stay .

A little trouble finding the place & getting in the door, flooring is new so host requires shoes be left at the door. The rest of the house is quite dated. Our faces caught spider webs in each room as we walked through the house, learning the dozen’s of unlabeled light switches. Furniture in nice new condition so snacking/drinking while you relax & Netflix is prohibited. minimal decor, every wall is bare but ohh the knickknacks! Between those & the unsecured door to the pool, parents of little ones may want to steer clear of this house! One neighbors dogs bark the whole time they’re out & backyard neighbor is extremely nosy(stares)Pool is cold area was dirty w/ dry rotted pool noodles & big cardboard box that was stuck to the ground no cleaner for guest use hunted washcloths garage smelt of urine & your expected to clean for the cleaners before you checkout! Host claimed sheets “soiled” & the cleaner had to make SPECIAL trip w/ Clorox so sheets aren’t being disinfected between guests!
