Kala Ungasan Villa Courtyard is a one bed room private villa that is set on 75 sqm land with cozy garden and private swimming pool. Residents are pampered with a very adequate privacy. Surrounded with 2 meters high wall so that residents feel comfort and secure inside their home. It emphasizes the aesthetic value in every corner of the building. Natural elements are indicated by the use of best quality materials. Located in Ungasan area, just 5 minutes drive away from Karma Kandara Beach and 11 minutes from Melasti Beach. It is 34 minutes drive away from Kuta and Legian Beach or 28 minutes from the airport. Enjoy and experience a courtyard living style. The bed room is air conditioned with an ensuite open shower experience providing cold and hot water. Features a cozy accommodation with traditional style exposed ceiling and friendly environment, yet perfectly secluded in meandering gardens. It is beautifully furnished, high ceiling rooms, 43’ smart TV, internet wifi, dining table, a kitchenette with a burner gas stove, small refrigerator, sink, kitchenette equipment, and scooter parking space. The courtyard open living, dining and pool area is the life of our space. It offers socio cultural sittings while enjoying the sun, it is surrounded by dense plantation and elements. Varied flooring of bricks, grass and stone grit together with the wooden and stones chairs are customised to have different pattern and colour, it also gives a sense of play within all elements.

très beau logement et piscine très simpas. Les travaux à côté ne nous ont pas déranger. Les hôtes nous ont recommandé les locations de scooter. Pensez à vous faire livrer un scooter car le logement est un peu à l'écart. Très bon séjour.
It was a great deal as it is closer to both Melasti beach and the Ungasan market. Tanto has been a great host who helped me with bike rental . The villa is very pretty and has an open kitchen and pool which is unique. Do note that the villa is located well away from the main road . Restaurants, pharmacy , laundry shops, bike rentals are all available on the main road which connects to Melasti beach.
J'ai passé 2 agréables nuits chez Tanto, le logement est impeccable, propre, bien entretenue et agréable. J'aurai souhaité resté plusieurs jours, mais j'avais mon vol de retour. Je reviendrai surement chez Tanto quand je retournerai à Bali
This is one of the best places Ive stayed at in Bali. Tanto is a great host, very responsive at all times and very friendly and always willing to help and make you feel at home. I feel like I asked too many questions but he was always the nicest host! The staff live right next to the villa so whenever you need something, someone comes super quickly. The house is beautiful, it has a lot of taste and you can’t really appreciate it that much on the pictures, but it’s even better than it looks on the listing. the kitchen comes fully equipped, including salt and pepper which is great. The location personally for me is the best, close enough to the main road where everything is but in a secluded area for calm and right next to karma and melasti beaches which to me are the best ones in Bali (if you dont surf). I’m sad to leave this house, felt like home! The only issue is the construction around but thats pretty much everywhere in Bali and it’s only bad some days, some you can’t even hear it

The area is almost all hilly, a dry and breezy climate and some of the most beautiful roads and spectacular cliffs. No wonder the Bukit is home to some of the most famous brand names resorts.
Being off the beaten track, away from the bright city lights our place would be ideal for a restful stay and a good starting point before and after the big Bali adventure. Certainly a place not just to spend the night but a place for quiet reflection and to enjoy the elements, the big skies and changing colours of the ocean.
Shops and restaurant are 1-2 kilometres away. You would need a motor bike or a car to get around to the local shops and supermarkets. This can be arrange quite easily.
