After a bumpy start at our first rental, Minnestay found us a replacement and quickly refunded the balance. The new house fit our needs even better. They were great to work with. Highly recommend.
Great Place overall. Very clean and in a great area.
Nice house and responsive support. They had kids supplies like a crib and stroller which was nice. driveway was plowed during our winter stay immediately after the snow. would stay there again.
Outdoor space is good. Indoor space is very lackluster. I wouldn’t plan on spending too much time on the inside. The sheets are paper thin and there was a wet stained towel in the washer upon my arrival. I tried to check out early but I would have been stuck with the full cost. My only option was to move to a different property which would have cost me $800 more. I don’t plan to stay at one of their properties again.
